Method of use
- The bending property and surface corrosion of the pipe itself may also affect the quality of the bend pipe. During site construction, the operator should also understand the material, processing performance and surface corrosion of the pipeline.

Therefore, our bending tire design is R=4 D( special case), so the pipe bender produced by our factory mainly chooses the relative wall thickness SX, the upper part of the drawing is the coreless shaft area, the middle part of the drawing is the ordinary core shaft area, and the lower part of the drawing is the special core shaft area. Because the special core shaft design and manufacture are very difficult, the operation is not very convenient, so I generally do not supply. Special circumstances may be agreed upon separately.
- Effect of lubrication on product quality during molding:
In the traditional pipe bending production process, in order to obtain better surface quality of pipe bending, many methods will be adopted, including: using more advanced and high-grade pipe bending machines, using higher strength molds, or using lubricating products and so on. Using high grade pipe bender and high strength mould, enterprises often need to invest very large funds to complete, only the use of pipe bender lubrication products is relatively low and fast to meet the requirements of enterprise product quality.
