Fl flange
Flange is a part of the connection between the pipe and the pipe for the connection between the ends of the pipe; it is also useful for the flange on the inlet and outlet of the equipment for the connection between the two equipment, such as the reducer flange. Flange connection or flange joint refers to the detachable connection of flange, gasket and bolt as a combined sealing structure. Pipe flange refers to the flange with pipe in the pipe device, and the inlet and outlet flange of the equipment is used on the equipment. There are holes in the flange, and the bolts fasten the two flanges. The flanges are sealed with gaskets. But this connection is only a part of the equipment, such as flange and pump connection, it is difficult to call the pump "flange parts ". Smaller, such as valves, can be called "flange parts ".

Classification methods
1: according to petrochemical (SH) industry standard: thread flange (PT), butt welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), socket welding flange (SW), loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (not note).
2: according to mechanical (JB) industry standard: integral flange, butt welding flange, plate flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate loose sleeve flange, flanged ring plate loose sleeve flange, flange cover.
3: according to the national (GB) standard: integral flange, thread flange, butt welding flange, with neck welding flange, with neck socket flange, butt welding ring with neck loose sleeve flange, plate flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate loose sleeve flange, flanged ring plate loose sleeve flange, flange cover.
Connection mode
Flange (flange) connection is the connection of two pipes, fittings or equipment, each fixed on a flange, between the two flanges, plus flange pads, fastened together with bolts, completed. Some pipe fittings and equipment have their own flange, is also a flange connection. Flange connection is an important connection mode in pipeline construction.
