Reducer, used for connection between two pipes of different diameters. According to different shapes, it can be divided into two types: concentric reducer and eccentric reducer.
Stainless steel reducer is widely used in many industries, such as natural gas, water and electricity, construction, oil, boiler and so on. The forming process of surfacing elbow used in pipeline system is very complex. It needs to be welded according to different materials and uses and cast under certain pressure.
In the stainless steel reducer, the eccentric stainless steel reducer is mainly used in the pipe diameter of a connecting pipe. The eccentric stainless steel reducer is usually made by shrinkage molding or by compression expansion process. The stamping method can also be used for some special stainless steel reducers. Eccentric stainless steel reducer can not only produce stainless steel pipes of different diameters with steel pipes as raw materials, but also can press some special stainless steel pipes with different diameters by steel plate forming method. According to the size of the inner surface of the stainless steel reducer, the shape of the die is designed, and the steel plate is cut and stretched with the die.
