Seamless elbow elbow is a kind of pipe fitting used in pipe bend .Among all the pipe fittings used in pipeline system ,the proportion is the largest ,about 80%+. At present ,the seamless elbow forming technology commonly usde in manufacturing piants is hot push ,medium pressure ,extrusion and so on.

Hot push forming hot push elbow shape process is to use a special elbow push machine ,core mold and heating device to make the billet on the die move forward under the push of the push machine ,in the process of sincere heating ,drilling and bending forming ,the shape characteristics of the pipe billet is determined according to the constant volume of the metal material before and after plastic deformation ,and the diameter of the pipe billet sleeve is smaller than the diameter of the elbow .The deformation process of the billet is controlled by the core model ,so that the compressed metal flow at the inner arc can be compensated to other parts that are thinnde because of the expansion of the diameter ,so that the tjick and uniform feeding head can be obtained .The forming process of hot push elbow has the characteristics of beautiful appearance ,uniform wall and continuous operation ,so it is suitable for mass production ,so it has become the main forming method of carbon steel and alloy steel elbow ,and is also used in the forming of stainless steel elbow of some specifications. The heating mode of the forming process is that the heating ring of medium frequency or hight frequency induction heating can be heated by multiple or single ring flame and reflector .The heating mode is determined according to the requirments of the forming product and the energy situation .
